I just went on my first run in a very long time!
So uni life, work and social commitments got the better of me. I fell off the bandwagon yet again, blah blah blah. But I just went on my first run in god know how long with my brand new Nike+ Free’s, they are SO good o.O Is it possible to be in love with a shoe? Cause I think I am.
I’m actually excited to keep working out because it’s an excuse to wear them! haha!
I’m hoping to get back into regular workouts and train for a 5k I want to do in November! Got stay focused!
Currently working away at my mindset to get me prepped for a hardcore November, I want to step up my workouts and get those kilos off!
Does anyone know anything about the psychology of over eating? It’s my biggest issue and barrier to health, I just can’t stop. It’s like a completely different personality takes over while I’m eating, and then releases my real self only after the damage has been done :( Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do?
